Now I wish I hadn't used Bullet with Butterfly Wings already, as that used to let me sleep.
Sleeping is a bit of an issue. Songs usually don't influence my sleeping mode much at all. There is no such song that lets me relax and drift off. When I'm anxious, or can't sleep for any other reason, then I have to watch something. But music as such won't help.
I used to (pretty much until I was 19 or something) listen to audio story tapes.
For a long, long time, this is what my sister and I would do every night. Probably for about 10 years. We can still recite most of Bibi Blocksberg. And Benjamin Blümchen.
I sleep best when I travel. That said, I tend to usually fall asleep in moving vehicls unless I'm driving myself (of course!). Traveling pre-budget airlines meant taking the Eurolines coach all the way to Manchester or Birmingham (and at some points even Newcastle -extremely long drive that!- or Cardiff -but only for the Manic Millenium) every spare holiday. I came equipped with more music than clothes and then, funnily enough, would either sleep to the Smashing Pumpkins, or The Pixies!
Good night then!
