Today was the first day in a long time that I felt free from a lot of thoughts that tend to drag me down and engage me in even more thought. Which is great!
And it didn't have to do with shopping, honestly, though a few hours in town with my mum, I had spent a lot of money and go great things! We just had fun!
I'm getting itchy about moving ... it is not being here, it is the anticipation of the new. I still want to enjoy every free day until school starts though. September 2nd I meet my new class! How scary is that? And on Aug 25th new staff induction starts. I am fortunate enough to already know the school, and some of the people. And to be confident in my abilities. I have a bit of a plan to take over the integrative tech side at work. I wonder if anyone else there is already a tech person, then we could work together. Tech training for teachers and the authentic integration of technology into the class. I will stop now.
Stupidly enough I forgot my camera at home, I was excited to take some pictures in Unna. I will go again one day.
New laptop needed too! Oh, and ordered art from Dawn @ handmadelove for my new apartment.
