Goals

I didn't post about my goals openly on here, but I might do so later on. Last week was a bit of a failed week when it comes to them though. I did not follow my own goal to eat healthier at all. The week was one of stupid snacking (and I know why), too much drinking (do I dare blame the world cup?), too little exercise and too much crap food.
Now, this is not too bad, because I did not gain any weight, but I didn't loose any either. After loosing 6 lbs before though, this was a bit of a downer today.
So this week I have to be better. I also have to stick to my goal of going swimming twice a week. Last week I did not go once.... partly because of my lack of car, but also because I just slept too late or could not be bothered. I know why that is as well... I set a pretty high standard of swimming 25 laps in the 50m pool, which is 1.250 meters. Not saying this is "a lot" but it is quite a bit. I know I can probably do more, I did not leave the pool exhausted and worn out. But it is the fear of not making 25 laps... but who cares. Even 10 would do... better than nothing, right?

I have also started playing frisbee, which I shall do pretty much every day now. It is fun, but also a great workout. So is kicking a ball around.... maybe it will help.
So, here we go... another week! Time to stick to my own goals.
