One of my favorite movies is being remade. It is Swedish, Låt den rätte komma in (Let the right one in) and it is remade American-style. This is the trailer:
The original is dark, and gloomy. It is a proper Scandinavian movie, as a lot of movies from Sweden and Denmark in particular are quite ...dark.
It better not be a let down! Though, I doubt it will convey the same message.
